Dr. Esraa Akram Fadel, Director of the Continuing Education Unit, Department of Archeology, College of Arts at the University of Baghdad, participated in a conference entitled “Launching Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Clubs”, which was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Eng. Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, and under the supervision of the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Scientific Affairs and Artificial Intelligence.
The initiative aimed to spread the culture of artificial intelligence among young people by establishing clubs in Baghdad, including the Banking Forum, the Al-Khwarizmi Forum, and the Amiriya Youth Forum. This step is essential to building a digital infrastructure and preparing generations for the requirements of the changing labor market, where traditional skills are no longer enough.
These clubs also represent a practical learning environment that integrates theoretical and applied learning, giving young people the opportunity to acquire technical and creative skills, and preparing them to be change leaders and future makers in the digital economy, rather than just consumers of technology.
