Three students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad achieved second place among eight competing universities in the First Excellence Forum, organized by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University under the patronage of its president, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. Notably, the team was led by Prof. Dr. Noor Hatam Haddad, a faculty member in the Department of Theoretical Sciences.
The competition encompassed six specialized fields related to sports training and movement sciences, including exercise physiology, anatomy, rehabilitation, adapted physical education for individuals with special needs, and measurement and evaluation methods.
The competition followed a knockout system, consisting of three rounds in which students competed head-to-head. In the event of a tie, a decisive round determined the winner. Participants answered.
