The lecturer indicated that the tasks of the departments have become wide and complex and difficult to control their performance with the same efficiency and effectiveness, which began to complicate matters for the decision-maker due to the delay or inaccuracy of the information, hence the information systems increased in their replacement as an auxiliary system for departments in linking the work of the departments of the institution through a unified system and providing the necessary information to make or improve the decision promptly.
