The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad participated in the Fifth International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, which was held in Tunisia, with research entitled “Tolerance between societies and its impact on Islamic thought” by Prof. Dr. Qusai Saeed, a teacher at the college, in a step that enhances scientific and cultural exchange.
The research shed light on the role of tolerance in building peaceful societies and promoting moderate Islamic thought. It was well received by the attendees and appreciated by the conference’s scientific committee.
It is noteworthy that the Fifth International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, organized by the International Union of Historians in partnership with several Iraqi and Tunisian universities, brought together researchers and scientists to discuss the latest developments in various humanitarian and social fields.
