PhD students in the Department of Public Relations at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, launched an awareness campaign entitled “Together for Our Security and Peace… Iraq Unites Against Sedition”, supervised by Dr. Nahed Fadel.
The campaign aimed to promote the values of national unity and renounce strife and differences that threaten the stability of Iraqi society through awareness programs and various media events.
The campaign included a series of awareness activities, including seminars, workshops, and media announcements, to enhance community awareness about the importance of unity and solidarity in facing challenges.
Dr. Nahed stressed that the campaign comes within the framework of the student’s academic and national role to contribute to the consolidation of a culture of peace and coexistence, praising “the efforts of students in organizing this initiative, which seeks to achieve a positive impact on society.”
