Workshop on reducing violent extremism leading to terrorism at the college of engineering

The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Engineering, in collaboration with the Democracy & Human Rights Committee and the Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance Unit, held an electronic workshop entitled (Reducing Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism) via the FCC platform in the presence of the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Neima. The first lecture was given by Assist. Prof. Dr. Haidar Zuhair on the human dimension of reducing extremism, while the second lecturer was delivered by the lecturer Dr. Mohammed Muazaz who addressed the topic of the most effective strategies to combat violent extremism that result in terrorism in nations.
