Member of the Council of Iraqi Communications and Media Commission visits the Computer Center

Mr. Abdul Azim al-Saleh, a member of the Council of Iraqi Communications and Media Commission has visited the Computer Center of the University of Baghdad and was received by the director of the center Dr. Samer Sami Hassan. During the meeting, the two parties discussed the requirements of digital transformation in the system of work at various state institutions and the public services that can be provided for the Iraqi citizens. Al-Saleh also explained the commision’s intention to approve regulations for the IT sector, pointing out its openness to the university’s computer center in order to exchange visions and ideas so as to enrich the articles of regulations hoped to be approved soon. For his part, Dr. Samer Sami stated that the center is ready to open the horizons of cooperation and joint work, especially in the IT sector, noting the need to activate the means of partnership between the two sides.
