The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women held a seminar entitled “The effect of various exercises according to the curve of dynamic rhythm using types of antioxidants in some biochemical and motor variables of fitness training methods) delivered by the doctoral student Soreen Mikhlif Nawaf. The seminar addressed the importance of training foundations in the development of motor and chemical abilities during the use of antioxidants in fitness practices in the fitness hall, noting during its tribal and remote experiments that there are no differences between the results of the tests in the experimental and controlling groups. The Scientific Committee at the college recommended that the student should take valuable scientific observations in order to modify and approve the research plan within a specified period.
