Professor Dr. Mufid Kazid al-Zaidi, the chairman of the scientific committee at the department of regional and international studies at the center for strategic and international studies, the University of Baghdad, was selected as an expert in the proceedings of the 2021 International Book Awards Competition for the second year respectively. It is noteworthy that this competition is sponsored by Nilcon Publishing House, in collaboration with the International Publishers Association (IPA), London Book Fair and Frankfurt Book Fair in Germany.
