Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad has visited recently the Iraqi Media Network and met with its director, Prof. Dr. Nabil Jassim. The two sides discussed the development of a mechanism of joint cooperation in various fields to shed light on the reality of higher education in our university by broadcasting its academic events and scientific initiatives, including its first exhibition of scientific products and patents scheduled to be launched on June 23.
The two parties also discussed undertaking cultural programs that may serve scientific inventions in the country, such as patents, research and surveys, where Dr. Nabil Jassim stressed that the network will provide all support in conveying the image of the reality of higher education and the achievements attained by the faculty members and students of the University of Baghdad. It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Media Network, represented by all its directorates, keeps pace with and covers most of the university’s achievements in all media, to reflect them in the labor market and to benefit from its scientific expertise and academic outputs in various disciplines.
