The administrative and scientific associate rector at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Hussein Hamid Karim and Assist. Prof. Dr. Osama Fadel Abdul Latif held a preparatory meeting with the directors of the presidency departments in order to exchange views and proposals regarding the 62nd graduation ceremony (Development and Construction Session) of the academic year (2018-2019) to be held in mid-November. The participants discussed matters related to the mechanisms adopted by media and sub-committees for organizing this great event.
