The session concluded with a set of directives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of university units and monitoring workflow across various departments. Key directives included instructing deans to follow up on the codes for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, urging Student Affairs divisions to complete them promptly as they are essential for organizing student data.

The Council also stressed the importance of entering student information into the SIS system and tasked the Vice President for Scientific Affairs with preparing a study on the inclusion of undergraduate graduation research in faculty promotions, to be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Additionally, the Council directed the Department of Studies and Planning to prepare analyses on specialized academic programs for Council approval, while commending the Registration and Student Affairs Department for its diligent efforts in preparing studies and providing guidance according to established regulations.

The Council emphasized the need to monitor Civil Defense committees across all entities and ensure the implementation of occupational safety procedures to maintain a safe university environment. Administratively, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs was tasked with organizing weekly workshops to audit the deletion of damaged course records in the colleges and institutes, enhancing transparency in this crucial administrative area.

These directives align with the University Council’s vision to elevate institutional performance and ensure efficient academic and administrative operations in line with comprehensive quality standards.
