The President of Baghdad University, Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem, visited the College of Nursing, where he was welcomed by the Dean of the college, Prof.Dr. Wisam Jabbar Qasim. The visit aimed to review the academic and administrative operations, the achievements of the college, and future plans for developing educational and research programs.
The president of the university highlighted the importance of the College of Nursing in preparing qualified nursing staff who contribute to the development of the healthcare sector in the country and their role in providing healthcare to the community. He emphasized the need to provide an enhanced educational environment for students and to offer all necessary support to enable the college to achieve its goals of raising the standard of nursing education in Iraq. He commended the efforts of the college staff in striving for development in both the architectural and scientific aspects of academic study.
As part of his commitment to monitoring academic work, he toured various sections of the college, inspecting classrooms and sports facilities, and he listened to a detailed explanation of the ongoing research projects.
At the end of the visit, Prof.Dr. Bahaa praised the efforts made by the administration to improve operations and provide the best services for the college.
