The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Quranic Sciences at the College of Education, Ibn Rushd, held a training course entitled (Developing Electronic Management Skills) in which (Dr. Abdul Qahar Khalaf Mohammed, Dr. Muntaha Abdul Karim Jassim, Eng. Hala Saleh Ibrahim) lectured on the (Google Meet) platform.

The course aimed to develop electronic management skills, noting that e-management is an integrated electronic system that aims to transform normal administrative work from manual management to computer-based management, relying on strong information systems that help in administrative decision-making as soon as possible and at the lowest costs.

The course also touched on the characteristics of e-management, as it showed that one of its most important characteristics is the provision of information technology in order to support and build positive institutional confidence among all employees. Continuous learning and knowledge building, and providing information to beneficiaries in real time, while increasing the interdependence between employees and senior management. Increasing proficiency, i.e. accuracy and clarity in completing transactions.
