The Continuing Education Center organized its training workshop tagged Developing the capabilities and individual skills of the university service employee, which was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Aws Mahmoud Mohamed, Training Officer at the Center.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of the skills possessed by the employee as they are the basis for improving the job outputs and the development of these job skills for university service employees is one of the main factors that contribute to enhancing the quality of education and services provided in universities.
These skills encompass a wide range of abilities ranging from administrative, communication, technical and organizational skills, which helps employees perform their tasks more efficiently and contributes to improving the academic work environment.
