The President of the University of Baghdad, Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, held an extensive meeting to develop a roadmap for relocating the TEM and SEM electron microscopes from the College of Medicine to the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof.Dr. Ameer Faisal Abdul Ameer, the Deans of the Colleges of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, and Engineering Al-Khwarizmi, the Director of the Construction and Projects Department, and a representative from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
During the meeting, all priorities related to the relocation process were reviewed and discussed, including the necessary steps to complete the move according to a well-planned and specific timeline. This includes preparing the new site according to the technical specifications required by the equipment manufacturer, dismantling and transporting the equipment, and reinstalling it to ensure its safety and operational efficiency.
It also emphasized the importance of ensuring the continued and effective operation of the equipment in the future by establishing appropriate mechanisms in accordance with the approved regulations.
