The Presidency of the University of Baghdad held its first preparatory meeting regarding the university’s preparations for the central graduation ceremony. The meeting was chaired by Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof.Dr. Ameerr Faisal Abdul Ameer, and attended by the Director of the Student Activities Department, Dr. Ali Sadiq Dhiyab, as well as the administrative and student affairs deputies of all the colleges of university.
The meeting discussed logistical preparations for the central ceremony, including communications, college and student readiness, and setup of the College of the Physical Education and Sports Sciences stadium. This involves covering the field with tartan material, setting up lighting, and preparing the ceremony’s platform. Additionally, there will be a broad arrangement campaign for the college’s facilities and gardens.
The discussion also covered the central photography process, which will be managed by the Media and Government Communications Department at the University of Baghdad. This is to ensure smooth photography and avoid confusion among the graduating students. The meeting also addressed the distribution of badges to participants and guests. This year’s central ceremony is expected to be distinguished from previous years.
