The President of the University of Baghdad, Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, visited the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate. He was received by the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mr.Muaid Al-Lami, in the presence of Prof.Dr. Ammar Tahir Muhammad, Dean of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad.

During the meeting, discussions focused on supporting and collaborating with the journalism community to establish a College of Artificial Intelligence in Iraq. This college would be the first of its kind in the country, highlighting its significant importance. Prof.Dr. Bahaa praised the Syndicate’s active role and its distinguished professional and administrative performance.

In turn, the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate commended the University of Baghdad for its leading role as one of the most prominent and oldest universities in Iraq. He expressed the Syndicate’s readiness to support the establishment of the new college. A detailed explanation was also provided about the Syndicate’s work, its branches in various governorates, and its affiliated media institutions.
