The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad hosted a workshop on Disposal and Deletion of Consumed Materials, under the patronage and presence of Prof.Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, along with the university’s assistant presidents for scientific and administrative affairs, deans of colleges, vice deans, heads of departments, specialized units, and the ministerial team from the Disposal Committee.
The workshop, chaired by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof.Dr. Sabah Munfi Reda, addressed the procedures and directives issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Higher Education regarding the disposal and deletion committees for consumed materials. These materials pose a significant burden on university colleges due to occupying large storage spaces, as well as causing material, health, and aesthetic damages.
The committee presented guidelines aimed at streamlining the disposal and deletion process, opening the floor for discussions.
