The Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies organized a workshop tagged (Communication Skills according to the Jeweler’s Window Model for Personality Styles) under the supervision of the Dean of the Institute, Certified Public Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohamed Thajeel Al-Mamouri.
The workshop dealt with how to accept others and their opinions to form good working relationships by understanding this interesting and critical window for self-observation and increasing awareness when dealing with others, thus improving communication and communication skills. The workshop concluded that everyone has this window, but its width varies from person to person.
