The Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies organized a workshop entitled “Electronic Archiving” under the supervision of the Dean of the Institute, Certified Public Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohamed Thajeel Al-Mamouri, and in the presence of the Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Wafaa Hussein Salman, and a number of teachers and employees of the Institute.
The workshop aimed to research the patterns of transformation from paper archiving to electronic archiving and what are the benefits that lead when adopted in the implementation of work in terms of time, effort, and quality of work, as the concept and types of techniques used in converting personal files into an electronic card readable and withdrawn and prohibited from scanning and adding and under the control of the higher official of the formation were discussed.
