A university inspection committee, represented by the Director of Scientific Affairs Department, Prof.Dr. Sidad Hisham Hameed, and the Director of Studies and Planning Department, Prof.Dr. Manal Shakir Ali, conducted a review of the final examinations for undergraduate students during the academic year 2023/2024 in several departments of the College of Science. They were accompanied by the Assistant Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Raed Falah Hassan, and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Prof.Dr. Adi Hatem Shaban.
The committee reviewed the organization of examinations and their procedures as directed by the ministry, particularly focusing on the exam questions and booklets, ensuring alignment with the curriculum in various scientific departments of the college. They inspected the examination places, ensuring optimal preparation and observed the operations of the examination committees. They assessed compliance with instructions, listened to constructive feedback, all aimed at ensuring the smooth and successful conduct and completion of examinations.
At the conclusion of the inspection tour, the university inspection committee expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the Deanship of the College, the examination committees, and the faculty and administrative staff in ensuring the successful conduct of examinations. They commended the preparation of computer systems and records for centralized data entry, as well as the implementation of appropriate decisions tailored to examination requirements. They highlighted facilitation of procedures, scheduling of exams, and effective communication with students distributed across various departments of the college.
