The Scientific Promotion Committee at the University of Baghdad held its nineteenth session to discuss a number of scientific research submitted by teachers. The committee discussed thirty-four special treatment for scientific promotions for each of the ranks (professor, assistant professor, lecturer) for various scientific and humanitarian disciplines, in the presence of members of the committee.
The committee also discussed other issues related to scientific promotions, as well as following up on various issues related to promotions for the purpose of completing them as soon as possible for the purpose of sending them to the University Council for voting.
