The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad, within the mechanism of the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad and the International Research Institute of Science and Food Industries in Mashhad / Iran, organized an international scientific communication with the Iranian researcher, Prof. Dr. Marzieh Hosseinejad from the Research Institute of Science and Food Industries in Iran, who holds a doctorate from the University of Melbourne (Australia) specializing in biofood technology, where she gave a scientific lecture entitled: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP), which falls within the subject of meat health for doctoral students in the departments of animal production and food science by Prof. Dr. Amira Mohamed Saleh

 The lecture aimed to enhance students’ skills in identifying the food safety management system through analysis and control of the risk chain starting from the production of raw materials and passing through the manufacturing and distribution process to the final stage of the consumer.

 This initiative comes as part of the efforts of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences to provide distinguished educational opportunities for its students and enhance knowledge exchange with world-leading research institutions, which contributes to developing the college’s capabilities and raising its status at the international level.
