The lecturer at the College of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Majeed Habib Faizallah, obtained six patents issued by the Ministry of Planning / Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control to enable him to manufacture several patents.

The first patent included the manufacture of a device to measure the regularity of the surface of asphalt tiling. This patent is used in the test of the tropical limit of roads tiled with asphalt and this device is a robotic car that is controlled remotely either by the control device or by controlling the mobile device and checks the tropical road limit after completing the process of tiling with asphalt.

While the second patent guarantees the design, manufacture, and calibration of a two-torque rotating intake device orthogonal bending represents the design of a device that tests mechanical parts such as inclined cone gear spindles under the influence of orthogonal bicyclic curb moments.

The third patent included the design and manufacture of a device to measure noise from the gears, where the device was designed to measure the noise generated by machinery and equipment using the outer Geneva wheel made of metallic and non-metallic materials.

The fourth patent handled the manufacture of the air-conditioned shoe, and the manufactured shoe contains two cooling and heating systems that work according to the weather, equipped with a convenient battery, which makes it healthier and more comfortable compared to the traditional shoe and at small costs.

The fifth paten was about the manufacture of the elevator cabin protection system from fires, as this system was designed to protect the elevator cabin from fires, including thermal sensors that automatically activate the extinguishing foam and water sprays when the temperature rises.

The sixth invention included the manufacture of the automatic whiteboard, which is an electrically powered and remote-controlled self-propelled whiteboard. The whiteboard contains a lecture camera, headphones, microphone, and alarm sensors. It also has an electronic display to display the time and date, and a charging system to ensure that work continues when the power is cut off.
