The Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Baghdad convened its seventeenth session to review promotion applications submitted by faculty members, with the aim of forwarding them to the University Council for approval.
During the session, the committee deliberated on various matters pertaining to academic promotions across different disciplines, including eight applications for the professorial rank, ten for assistant professor, and eight for lecturer positions.The committee reaffirmed its dedication to meticulously scrutinizing promotion cases to expedite the process for timely consideration and approval.
