The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad held a graduation ceremony for graduate students for the academic year 2023-2024 under the auspices of the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Raghad Al-Hashemi, and in the presence of the President of the Dental Syndicate, Dr. Abu Bakr Ziad Al-Rawi, and a number of members of the College Council.
In a speech, the Dean of the College praised the efforts of the students and their important role in serving our community and developing the medical field through their active participation in published research and providing innovative ideas, as well as participating in scientific experiments under the supervision of a specialized and distinguished cadre of faculty members.
Al-Hashemi also stressed the need to develop published scientific research for its applied importance, which is reflected in providing scientific knowledge in the field of dentistry, developing therapeutic and diagnostic methods, and improving the quality of health care for patients, and the ceremony also included honoring the first students and distributing gifts to graduates, as nearly 100 master’s and doctoral students participated in the ceremony.
