Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop on the student management system electronically, in the presence of the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Al-Khwarizmi, Prof. Dr. Wadud Taherro, Director of the Student Affairs Department, Mr. Laith Abdul Ilah, and all officials of the university’s registration units and a number of teachers and employees.
The workshop aimed to introduce the student management system to facilitate the work of student affairs, how to register, admission, document data, and grades, and make endorsement and graduation documents electronically to shorten time and effort. The workshop also showed how to facilitate storing all registration and documentation information from the beginning of the student’s admission until his graduation electronically.
