The College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad organized the clinical skills exam for Pharm D students, the third stage, as this exam aims to increase the student’s knowledge of clinical tests and how to deal with the patient, which is a requirement after graduation.

The clinical skills exam contains six stations. In each station, there is a practical question for students in which the skill of the pharmaceutical student is tested and what he learned in the theoretical stage, where he applies what he learned theoretically in practice, and the exam contains a scale to analyze the student’s skill and what he learned in his studies.

The Pharm D system is one of the global systems adopted in many international universities, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research updated the academic system in 2021, and the College of Pharmacy began to accept the first batch of admitted students in 2021-2022. The Pharm D system is considered to be of a clinical nature that increases scientific skills and behavioral efficiency in addition to the student’s pharmaceutical skills. The Pharm D program included students of the third, fourth, and fifth stages.
