Several topics were discussed with the director of center, including providing a database as it represents an informational treasure for students and researchers in cooperation with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Planning. Additionally, discussions were held on how to provide and equip the center with the necessary devices and tools and overcome obstacles to accomplish tasks and duties.

Prof.Dr. Bahaa commended the efforts made by the officials and members of the center and urged them to exert further efforts to provide the best. It is worth mentioning that the National Center for Population and Demographic Studies is one of the important centers at the University of Baghdad as it is the only one in Iraq.
