The lecturer at the Department of Sharia at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Bassem Saleh Al-Yasiri, published research entitled (Unifying the Religious Discourse of a Society of Peaceful Coexistence: A Contemporary Intellectual View), in the Turkish magazine StarDome.
Al-Yasiri stressed that coexistence is the will of the people of the heavenly religions and different civilizations to work for security and peace to prevail in the world, so that humanity lives in an atmosphere of brotherhood and acquaintance with what is good that pervades all human beings without exception. The research has highlighted a number of facts after the introductions have been addressed and paved for them, as the research explained the importance of activating the rejection of extremism in society and the effective mechanism to reduce strife and sectarian, ethnic, and sexual conflicts in any society based on the rule of equality and non-discrimination.
