The College of Arts, University of Baghdad, hosted the Algerian researcher, Prof. Dr. Farah Mashaari from the University of Banta, in a scientific symposium entitled (History and Philosophy of Science), with the participation of a number of teachers and students in the college.
The Assistant Dean of the College of Arts for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ali Abboud Malik, stated that “the symposium aimed to discuss emerging problems, and to identify strategic and intellectual models such as (Futunk – Bachelard – Thomas Kuhn).”
He added that “the symposium is looking for mechanisms to benefit from the concepts of writers in Arabic studies in various new and old disciplines, as well as discussing ways with specialists to develop those concepts.”
