The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized the 16th Scientific Postgraduate Conference under the theme “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry.” The conference was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Raghad Al-Hashimi, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof.Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani, and the head of the Parliamentary Health and Environment Committee, Dr. Majid Shankali, along with a distinguished group of postgraduate students.
The conference aimed to foster collaboration between Iraqi and international researchers as an effort to enhance the educational and academic environment. Additionally, it sought to implement graduate standards and equip participants with cognitive and digital skills, making them well-qualified for the job market. The conference included presentations of the latest scientific achievements by postgraduate students, as well as facilitating scientific communication with researchers and academics from prestigious scientific universities.
Furthermore, the conference highlighted applied research conducted by postgraduate students and their supervisors, aimed at practical implementation for further advancement. At the conclusion of the conference, Prof.Dr. Raghad Al-Hashimi, honored the postgraduate students for their contributions.
