The Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific workshop in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Unit at the AL- Maarif University College. The workshop, titled “Global Rankings,” was attended by several faculty members from both universities.
In his lecture during the workshop, Assist.Prof.Dr. Omar Falah Hassan, Manager of the Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance at the University of Baghdad, discussed the significant of global university rankings, international statistics, and the key criteria that universities need to achieve for inclusion in global rankings. He also highlighted the statistical documentation and points achieved by AL- Maarif University College in global rankings, touching on the experience of our university prestigious in entering the Shanghai Global Ranking.
This event is part of the scientific activities of the University of Baghdad, showcasing its engagement with local and international universities. It aims to elevate the level of education in service to the educational process and our country.
