The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad conducted a voluntary community service initiative as part of the event “Clothing the Orphans of the Popular Mobilization Forces”, involving several professors from the Preventive Dentistry Department.

The activities were diverse, including providing clothing for the orphans of the Popular Mobilization Forces, conducting examinations for several patients to diagnose their oral health needs as a first step for follow-up care. Additionally, the initiative involved distributing informative posters about the importance of oral care, offering scientific tips to maintain dental hygiene, and directing them to the educational clinics at the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, where the best types of treatments are provided at symbolic prices by a specialized dental team.

These efforts reflect the university’s commitment to community care and contribution to enhancing the health of individuals, affirming its active role in providing healthcare services and spreading health awareness within the local community.
