The University of Baghdad celebrated the graduation of the 66th session, which was entitled (The Flood of Al-Aqsa) in honor of the great sacrifices made by the Palestinian people, and in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, the Governor of Baghdad, Engineer Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, and members of the Parliamentary Education Committee represented by Dr. Yassin Al-Ithawi, and Dr. Adel Al-Rikabi, as well as the presence of security leaders and a number of university presidents.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research said in his speech that the graduation of this constellation carries everyone an additional responsibility related to maintaining the academic reputation of this ancient institution, in which scientists, teachers, researchers, and students have made decades of work, commitment, and creativity, and included the speech of the Rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, in which he reviewed the indicators of scientific achievement of the University of Baghdad and its colleges in the field of scientific publishing and international classifications and the entry of a number of Baghdad magazines Scopus International repository.

The ceremony witnessed the chanting of the university section and the decrees granting certificates to the first graduates of the faculties for the morning and evening studies, and the activities were concluded by honoring the first students, Al-Aboudi stressed the commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support graduates who were armed with knowledge tools and completed their university journey and are close to entering the work environment and initiating tasks and responsibilities It is noteworthy that Zain Iraq was one of the official sponsors of the graduation ceremony of the 66th session (Al-Aqsa Flood).
