The General Secretariat of the Central Library held a workshop titled “The Art of Etiquette in Professional Interaction” as part of the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week. The workshop was presented by the international trainer Najlaa Tarek. The workshop covered various topics, with a focus on defining etiquette in general and workplace etiquette in particular. It explored how to practice and apply etiquette and protocol in professional environments. Etiquette, in this context, is a reflection of cultural standards and accepted ethical principles to which we belong.

The workshop emphasized that practicing this art helps us demonstrate respect and consideration for our colleagues, contributing to a positive and happy work environment. Workplace etiquette plays a crucial role in forming favorable first impressions from the initial moments. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of our actions and behaviors towards colleagues to achieve professional acceptance in the workplace.
