The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Arabic Language Department, conducted a course on “Mind Maps in the Arabic Language and their Impact on Reinforcing Linguistic Rules” in the Scholars Hall.

The aim of the course was to familiarize the trainee with the strategies of mind mapping, which have a significant impact on acquiring various language skills and understanding them. This is because the mind mapping method helps the mind in remembering and addresses the academic weaknesses of students in the Arabic language grammar subject.

The lecturer emphasized that mind mapping develops and activates thinking with the aim of comprehensively covering the subject of the Arabic language, exploring it through mind maps. We also observed that the significance gained by mind mapping is attributed to its being an easy, simplified, and effective method. In addition to its clear benefits, evident in every use where it stands out.
