Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, the work of the Global Entrepreneurship Week began at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences on Monday, on (13/11/2023).

The first day included a range of activities and events, including a workshop entitled “Laboratory Equipment and their Uses in the Sports Field”, which was presented by professors (Prof. Osama Ahmed and Prof. Yasser Najah). During the workshop, a group of laboratory devices dedicated to mathematical physiology, and biomechanics were reviewed, in addition to explaining how they work and how to use them in the field of sports within the activities of the Theoretical Sciences Branch.

The “Football Five-a-side Match” competition was also held, and this match was held as a conclusion to the first day of the Global Entrepreneurship Week within the activities of the team games branch. An awareness campaign on “the dangers of doping” was represented in the presentation of a set of posters and illustrations to explain the dangers of taking steroids and their negative effects within the activities of student activities.
