Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Dhad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Affairs, inaugurated the art exhibition held by the Department of Student Activities at the University of Baghdad, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, Rector of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Amir Faisal, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Ali Sadiq, Director of the Student Activities Department at the university.
The exhibition included the participation of the units of artistic and cultural activity of the formations of the University of Baghdad. The works varied with their various topics, as they have an abundance of artistic and aesthetic images in the ideas and visions they put forward, and the exhibition contained more than fifty works of art with the participation of twenty participants from the university’s formations. The participants’ works varied between sculpture, ceramics, drawing on glass, Arabic calligraphy, and wood sculpture.
