The Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance at the University ‘s Presidency initiated its first meeting for the academic year 2023-2024, led by Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan and a distinguished number of professors from the Quality Assurance Department at our university. This meeting took place on the Mehdi Hantoush Hall at the College of Engineering, and it brought together representatives from various colleges, institutes, centers, and departments of the university, all focused on quality assurance.
During the meeting, they discussed several significant topics, including: criteria for the ranking of Iraqi Universities, requirements for Institutional and Programmatic Accreditation, preparations for the International ranking of Universities, and explanation of Performance Evaluation Standards for Faculty Members and Staff at our university.
This meeting served as an important platform for deliberating and planning the university’s efforts to enhance academic quality and performance for the upcoming academic year.
