The Department of Astronomy and Space, College of Science, at the University of Baghdad has released its 35th electronic issue of the monthly scientific bulletin for August. Titled “Sadeem,” the bulletin focuses on spreading and advancing astronomical knowledge within Iraqi society.

The goal of the Sadeem is to broaden the scientific foundation, provide enrichment in astronomy and space sciences, and offer support to readers and enthusiasts, facilitating the expansion of their knowledge and keeping them updated with the latest developments and discoveries in these fields.

The issue features an editorial by Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Razzaq, an interview with Mr. Saad Al-Jourani, translated articles by Dr. Amal Abdel-Hussein, astronomical photos by Zainab Fadel School, significant astronomical events by Dr. Huda Shaker Ali, a contribution by Dr. Anas Salman, an introduction to scientist Charles Messier, updates from the Department of Astronomy and Space, and an English section in the magazine.
