The Dean of the College of Science for Women, Prof. Dr. Samira Naji Kazem, has received a delegation from the ministerial committee sent by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to find out about the college’s preparations for the development of postgraduate – master’s studies in the field of plasma physics in the Department of Physics.
During the visit, the delegation discussed with a number of professors of the modern created group the preparations for opening the new specialization and got acquainted with their precise scientific specializations, as well as viewing them of the college’s infrastructure, especially the specialized scientific laboratories that supported by various research laboratory equipment.
It is noteworthy; that the college and the professors of the above department have a major and effective role during the previous years in the development of this scientific specialization in postgraduate studies.
