The Continuing Education Center held a project management course, which aims to provide participants with the skill of project management, as well as how to face most of the problems that accompany project management, determine the project and what it is, how to reduce its administrative risks to the least possible, obtain the required and appropriate resources for the project, build a team or a group of work teams to complete the project work, prepare the project plan and collect the necessary resources to accomplish its functions, monitor work.
The importance of project management lies in trying to link the strategic management of the organization as a whole in project management and seeking to expand and apply project management to include other areas.
