The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with Baghdad Elections Office – Rusafa, organized an educational Seminar on (The mechanism of issue the biometric voter card and the importance of biometric registration), in presence of affiliates and students of college. During the event, the director of media in Elections Office /Rusafa, Mr.Falah Khabat,shed light in his speech on the importance of issuing cards that will be adopted as an official document to promote transactions for citizens and students , according to the decision of the Council of Ministers.
