The department of quality assurance & Academic performance at the presidency of the University has organized a workshop entitled ( Academic Accreditation ) which aimed to state the importance of academic Accreditation with all its activities and effectiveness ,satisfy the needs of students and community ,increase sense of professional responsibility for employees as well as in improve the quality of higher education and keep it to reach clarity and transparency .The workshop also included a detailed explanation about academic accreditation of functions , to ensure of levels quality ، and help students and their parents in educational establishment and academic program , as well as providing help to government & private entities to determine educational establishments, and putting the targets to develop ,improve academic program and establish councils of academic accreditation and improve quality in various specialties , (11) relevant councils launched their criteria and (9) are in final stages for accreditation.
