The Department of Agricultural Machinery and Machinery at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences has recently organized a training workshop for the students of the third grade of the Department of Soil and Water Resources entitled (The Impact of Pollutants on Agricultural Soil and Methods of Treatment) under the supervision of Dr. Duha Dawood Salman in the presence of a number of professors in charge of the laboratories of the Basic Sciences Division. The workshop aimed to develop students’ skills and training them how to prepare research lectures, master the art of recitation, introducing them to the most important agricultural soil pollutants such as industrial and household waste, hospital and health center waste, as well as air and water pollutants, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and other pollutants, also ways to reduce and treat them industrially.
