Assist. Prof. Khalida Hamed Tisgam, a faculty member from the department of English language at the college of education for women has been awarded with the Iraqi Science Day Award for 2022 for the best translated book in the field of humanities, which is organized annually by the Research and Development Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This event seeks to enhance creativity fields and to shed light on the most distinguished academic outputs at all Iraqi universities. It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that Prof. Khalida Hamed winning this awards since she has previously won it in 2017 for the “Best Translated Book”.
