Two students of the third and fourth grades of the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the College of Engineering were recently nominated, according to the controls, to participate in the proceedings of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Baghdad Branch, where they won the first two places. It is noteworthy that this competition witnessed the participation of representatives of several universities via an online interview so they were qualified to contribute in this event that would be held on the sidelines of the GoTech Gas and Oil Technology Showcase & Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) with the support of Dragon Oil & Gas Company where the seat was given to the distinguished fourth-grade student Lana Aqeel Alwan.
