The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad has participated in a new painting exhibition of the fighters of the Popular Mobilization who were injured during the liberation battles, sponsored by the General Directorate of Relations and Social Services, the Directorate of Social Services and Health Care, the Great Prophet (PBUH) Rehabilitation Complex and the Occupational Therapy Center for the Popular Mobilization under the slogan (When we were affected by the war, art made us rise). This event was attended by the rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir al-Saadi and was held on the land of the University of Baghdad in Al-Jadriyah Complex. Various paintings and posters of art were displayed that were made by the fighters of the Popular Mobilization embodying their great sacrifices hoping for a better life. The college’s participation was represented by the professor at the Department of Religion, Dr. Ayman al-Fadhli.
